We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services, handling inquiries, and closing potential leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through outbound calls using provided databases.
- Pitch products/services clearly and address customer queries with confidence.
- Follow up regularly with warm leads to convert them into active clients.
- Maintain and update daily calling logs, lead status, and feedback in spreadsheets/CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Language: Good command over Hindi; basic working knowledge of English.
- Skills: Robust persuasion skills, active listening, and basic computer/spreadsheet literacy.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle customer objections professionally.
