Hittok Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, polite, and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information about company products and services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and promotional schemes to customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Update customer details and call status in the company's CRM or database.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Conduct customer feedback calls and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow company communication standards and maintain professionalism during calls.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and Bengali; basic English communication is preferred.
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM, or computer applications.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/customer-support experience is an advantage.
