Experience

13 years in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer handling preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects.

- Handle incoming enquiries and provide customers with accurate information about projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.

- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable properties/projects.

- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain a proper follow-up pipeline.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

- Maintain customer information, call records, lead status, and follow-up details.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.

- Follow up with customers after site visits and assist in moving leads towards closure.

Candidate Profile / Requirements





- Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.

- Candidate should be confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Good command of English, Hindi and Punjabi preferred.

- Pleasant personality with a professional and positive attitude.

- Robust convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.

- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, MS Excel, and CRM software.

- Prior experience in real estate telecalling / property sales / banking / insurance / hospitality / telesales will be an advantage.

- Must be willing to work as part of a sales team and coordinate closely with the sales executives.

- Candidates with strong communication and sales aptitude will be given preference.
