Globetrek Expedition is looking for a Tele-Caller to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi.

Role: Tele-Caller

Location: Dwarka, Delhi (On-site)

Experience: Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (Fixed)

What you will do

◆ Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel inquiries

◆ Understand client requirements and pass on qualified leads

◆ Follow up on leads and keep client conversations moving forward

◆ Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes

◆ Coordinate with the team so no enquiry goes unanswered

What we are looking for

◆ Positive communication skills in Hindi and English

◆ Confidence on calls and comfort speaking with new people

◆ Willingness to learn fast in a high-growth environment

◆ Based in Delhi and able to commute to Dwarka daily
