- IT Services Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years Monthly Salary: Up to ₹40,000/- , depending on experience and suitability Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technology Sales / Marketing professional with a strong background in B2B sales to private-sector customers across Eastern India . The candidate should have hands-on experience selling IT products, hardware, technology solutions, IT services, networking solutions, IoT products, or related technology solutions . The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting customers, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities in the private sector . Identify and acquire new customers across Eastern India , particularly West Bengal and adjoining states. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, customer visits, referrals, and online platforms.

Meet prospective customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements. Promote and sell IT hardware, IT services, technology products, networking solutions, IoT solutions, and related services . Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and solution proposals.

Coordinate with technical and presales teams for solution design and customer demonstrations. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals, and ongoing opportunities. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, and order conditions with customers.





Develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers, system integrators, consultants, OEMs, and business partners. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update opportunity status. Conduct market research and identify new industries, customers, and business opportunities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate internally for order processing, delivery, installation, payment collection, and after-sales support. Maintain customer databases, sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Technology / IT Sales &

- Marketing . Solid experience in private-sector / corporate B2B sales .

Experience in any of the following areas will be preferred: IT Hardware Networking Products IT Infrastructure IoT &

- Smart Technology Solutions Industrial / Enterprise Technology Software &
- IT Services Cloud / Digital Solutions System Integration Valuable knowledge of the Eastern India market and an established customer/network base will be an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities into orders. Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern India for customer meetings and business development. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualification

Graduate / B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc. / MBA or equivalent qualification. Candidates with relevant technology sales experience will be given preference.

Compensation Salary: Up to ₹40,000/- per month Final compensation may be decided based on the candidate's experience, existing customer network, technical knowledge, and past sales performance.
