Role Description The Technical Trainer – Solar Inverter | Field Escalation is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves delivering technical training programs on solar inverters and related systems to field engineers, service teams, and partners. The trainer will design and update training materials, conduct classroom and hands-on sessions, and ensure that learners understand installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling field escalation cases, analyzing recurring technical issues, providing guidance to service teams,



and sharing insights with product and engineering teams to improve system performance. The role also requires documenting training outcomes, maintaining knowledge bases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent technical standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust background as a Technical Trainer with experience in Technical Training and Training & Development.
- Ability to design and deliver structured Training programs, including practical sessions and assessments.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Hands-on experience with solar inverters, power electronics, or renewable energy systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of safety standards, electrical systems, and field service practices related to solar and inverter technologies.
- Ability to manage field escalations, analyze root causes, and coordinate with engineering or support teams for resolution.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, manuals, and training content (presentations, videos, guides).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Comfort working on-site in field or lab environments and supporting teams across multiple locations.
- Experience in the solar industry or power backup solutions is an advantage.
