Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Karur.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver engaging technical training sessions, bootcamps, and workshops for students preparing for roles in the tech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating training content, conducting classroom sessions, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback to improve outcomes. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align curricula with industry requirements, supporting learners through doubt resolution,



and using assessments and metrics to continuously refine training effectiveness.

The Technical

Trainer is expected to create an inclusive learning workplace that encourages participation and supports diverse learning styles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Training to effectively deliver structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Trainers and Training & Development to design, implement, and improve training curricula.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
- Demonstrated experience teaching or mentoring in technical subjects such as programming, data structures, algorithms, or related areas.
- Ability to create and adapt course materials, presentations, and assessments based on learner needs and industry trends.
- Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms to support training delivery and learner tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in campus training, corporate training, or coaching for technical placements will be an advantage.
