We're hiring a Technical Support Executive. This is a full time, on-site position perfect for experienced customer support professionals ready to take their career to the next level.
Job Duties:
As a Technical Support Executive, you will:
- Answer and resolve technical inquiries via phone in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product and service questions
- Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet quality and performance targets
- Provide excellent customer service in every interaction
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO, voice process, or customer support
- Proven experience with upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to join immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
Job Details:
Location: Kolkata
Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Schedule: Monday through Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Work Mode: On-site
