We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers using our Point of Sale (POS) systems. The candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, printer, and payment-related issues and ensuring smooth POS operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers for POS machines and software.

- Troubleshoot POS hardware and software-related issues.

- Resolve issues related to billing, invoices, inventory, reports, and user access.

- Troubleshoot POS printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and other peripherals.

- Assist customers with installation, configuration, and basic setup of POS systems.

- Diagnose internet/network connectivity issues affecting POS operations.

- Support payment terminal/payment integration-related issues and coordinate with the relevant team when required.

- Provide remote support through phone, WhatsApp, remote-access tools, or other support channels.

- Create and maintain proper records of customer complaints and technical issues.





- Escalate unresolved or critical technical issues to the concerned technical/development team.

- Follow up with customers until the issue is successfully resolved.

- Maintain good customer communication while troubleshooting technical problems.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

- Knowledge of Windows, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, and basic troubleshooting.

- Understanding of POS systems, billing software, printers, barcode scanners, and peripherals.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable verbal and written communication.

- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple language.

- English communication required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in POS / ERP / Retail Software Support will be preferred.

- Experience with billing software, payment systems, or retail technology is an advantage.

- Freshers with valuable technical knowledge and communication skills can also apply.
