Role Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Java expert who thrives in solving real-world production challenges, digging deep into code, and ensuring high-performance, resilient systems.

? What You’ll Do

- Own and resolve complex production issues with a strong focus on code-level debugging and fixes
- Analyze system behavior, identify root causes, and drive end-to-end resolution (RCA)
- Work closely with distributed systems and microservices to ensure reliability and scalability
- Continuously improve system performance, stability, and observability

- Solid expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
- Solid experience building and supporting microservices-based architectures
- Hands-on with API technologies (REST/SOAP, XML/JSON)
- Proven ability in deep debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Working knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or MQ
- Experience with application servers (JBoss, Tomcat) and deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools is good to have (Splunk, Dynatrace)
- Strong understanding of databases and system integration patterns
