Job Summary

We are looking for a technically versatile skilled with knowledge across multiple IT domains. The candidate will evaluate trainer demos, assess trainer performance, ensure training quality, support course development, and guide students in building industry-ready CVs.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and evaluate technical trainer demo sessions.
- Assess trainers on technical knowledge, communication, presentation, training methodology, and practical expertise.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for trainer selection and improvement.
- Ensure high-quality training delivery and course content.
- Support the development and improvement of technical courses and curriculum.
- Identify content gaps and suggest improvements based on industry trends.
- Guide students in creating professional, industry-relevant CVs highlighting their skills, projects, and certifications.
- Review student CVs and provide improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate with trainers, academic teams, and management.

Courses & Technologies

- Data & Analytics: Data Analytics with GenAI, Data Science, Power BI, Business Analytics, MIS, MSBI, Azure Data Engineering.
- Development & Cloud: Java Full Stack, Python, AWS, DevOps, Azure DevOps.
- Enterprise & Other: Salesforce, SAP FICO, ServiceNow, UI/UX Design,



and other emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in IT, technical training, curriculum development, or technical education.
- Strong knowledge across multiple IT domains.
- Ability to evaluate technical trainers across different technologies.
- Experience in technical training or curriculum development is preferred.
- Good understanding of current industry trends.
- Strong communication, analytical, and feedback skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a professional with broad knowledge across multiple IT domains rather than expertise in only one technology. The candidate should be able to evaluate trainers, improve course quality, understand industry requirements, and help students become job-ready.
