Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of field and workshop technicians, setting performance standards and accountability frameworks.
- Develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) systems to continuously improve processes and reduce defects.
- Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime.
- Oversee all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across facilities and equipment.
- Manage end-to-end installation of mechanical systems, ensuring safety compliance and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee mechanical installation projects from scope planning through commissioning and handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
- Minimum 6 8 years of experience in maintenance, technical operations, or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Hands-on experience applying TQM and TPM methodologies in an industrial or manufacturing workplace.
- Strong background in mechanical system installation, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
