We are seeking a mid-level Technical Services Engineer to support our cement and concrete customers across Odisha. The role sits in Technical Sales and combines field-facing troubleshooting, on-site concrete mix and application support, and coordination with the laboratory and sales teams to resolve quality issues and win projects. The engineer will perform regular site visits, assess concrete failures, develop corrective mix-designs, deliver customer training, and produce clear technical reports and proposals.

Primary responsibilities include conducting site-based root-cause analysis of concrete defects (cracking, segregation, honeycombing, low strength), preparing revised mix designs and trial batches, coordinating acceptance testing with the laboratory, and supporting pre-bid technical clarifications and product demonstrations. The role requires travel to construction sites across Odisha, documenting findings, advising customers on best practices for batching, placing and curing, and ensuring recommendations align with safety and quality requirements.

Candidates must hold a Diploma (Polytechnic)



or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have hands-on exposure to concrete technology, site supervision, and basic cement chemistry. Robust communication skills for customer-facing interactions, the ability to produce concise technical reports, and familiarity with field and laboratory test methods are essential. This is a full-time, field-oriented position with frequent travel and occasional work on construction sites.
