Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Solution Selling

 Drive end-to-end capital equipment sales cycles for USON leak testing and inspection systems.

 Engage Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align solutions with operational goals.

 Conduct technical evaluations and explain testing methods such as pressure decay, vacuum decay, mass flow, occlusion, and burst testing.

 Conduct live technical product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase instrument capabilities

2. Target Vertical Penetration

 Develop sales strategies for USON’s core market verticals: o Medical Devices: Support applications involving FDA compliance, validation, and cleanroom manufacturing.

Technical Sales Engineer / Account Manager for USON leak testing solutions Primary Focus: Business development, consultative technical sales, key account management, and capital equipment proposal management Ideal Candidate:

Engineering-led sales professional with experience in industrial automation, quality inspection systems, metrology, pneumatic systems, or related capital equipment markets

Key Markets: Medical devices, automotive and EV manufacturing, packaging, pharmaceuticals, and high-precision manufacturing environments o Automotive & EV: Target assembly-line applications, including EV battery pack leak testing.

o Packaging / Pharma: Position seal integrity and force decay testing solutions.

 Map target accounts, generate qualified leads, and expand market share across assigned territories.

3. Commercials, Proposals & Pipeline Management

 Prepare technical proposals, commercial bids, pricing sheets, and tender responses with internal teams.

 Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasts using CRM tools

 Manage timely follow-ups through budget approval and capital expenditure cycles.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
