About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Research Analyst who can analyze financial markets using technical analysis, identify trading opportunities, and prepare clear, data-driven market research. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of charts, technical indicators, price action, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical analysis of financial markets including Forex, Crypto, and other trading instruments.
- Analyze price charts, market trends, patterns, and price action to identify potential trading opportunities.
- Use technical indicators such as Moving Averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci, Support & • Resistance

, etc.
- Identify and analyze entry, exit, stop-loss, and target levels based on technical setups.
- Prepare daily/weekly technical market research reports and trading analysis.
- Monitor market movements and identify important breakouts, reversals, trends, and consolidation patterns.
- Perform multi-timeframe analysis to understand short-term and medium-term market trends.
- Track and evaluate technical setups and maintain proper research records and documentation.
- Support the team with market insights, trading ideas, and technical research.
- Stay updated with major market movements and factors that may influence price action.
- Backtest and evaluate technical strategies to understand their historical performance.
- Collaborate with trading, research,



and product teams to communicate market observations and findings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical research, market analysis, or trading-related roles.
- Strong understanding of Technical Analysis and Chart Patterns.
- Good knowledge of Forex / Crypto / Equity / Derivatives markets.
- Familiarity with platforms such as TradingView, MetaTrader, or similar charting tools.
- Understanding of risk management and trading psychology.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to interpret market data and present findings clearly.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
