Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter – Deck & Engine to source, screen, and coordinate deployment of qualified Deck & Engine Officers and Ratings for cruise, merchant shipping, offshore, and maritime clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit Deck & Engine Officers and Ratings through databases, job portals, social media, referrals, and maritime networks.
- Handle ranks such as Master, Chief/2nd/3rd Officer, Bosun, AB, OS, Chief/2nd/3rd/4th Engineer, Motorman, Oiler, Wiper , etc.
- Conduct technical screening and verify rank, vessel type, sea service, previous experience, STCW, CDC, CoC/CoP, medical, visa, and statutory documents .
- Assess candidates against client requirements and coordinate interviews, selections, documentation, and mobilization .
- Maintain solid candidate pipelines, databases, rejoiner pools, and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with Manning, Documentation,



and Visa teams to ensure deployment-ready candidates .
- Maintain regular candidate/client communication and achieve vacancy closure within agreed TAT.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in maritime/ship crew recruitment , preferably Deck & Engine.
- Cruise, merchant shipping, offshore, or seafarer recruitment experience preferred.
- Good understanding of STCW, CoC/CoP, CDC, MLC, Flag State, medical requirements, vessel types, ranks, and crew documentation .
- Strong sourcing, communication, coordination, follow-up, and database-management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
