1. Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring targets of the engineering/ IT positions and support the overall business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sources, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and objectives.
3. Partner with engineering/ IT leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, workforce planning needs, and recruitment challenges.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, HR partners, and senior leadership, to drive collaboration and alignment on recruitment initiatives. 5. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to attract top engineering talent.

Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation and attract passive candidates.
6. Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations, enhance candidate experience, and improve efficiency.
7. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications
1. Minimum bachelor's degree.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
3. Solid leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and mentor a team of recruiters and sources.
