FCS Software Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire high-caliber IT professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of technical landscapes, active sourcing methodologies, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Direct the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized technical and software engineering requisitions, ensuring adherence to designated time-to-fill and quality metrics.
- Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search) across premium job portals (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct rigorous preliminary screenings to evaluate technical competencies, relevant project experience, and cultural alignment prior to stakeholder presentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner directly with hiring managers to define requisition requirements, establish candidate profiles, and provide regular market intelligence and pipeline reporting.
- Interview Facilitation: Coordinate and manage technical evaluation rounds, ensuring a streamlined and qualified candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Offer Management: Drive compensation negotiations, facilitate offer generation, and manage pre-onboarding engagement to ensure successful candidate conversion and minimize drop-outs.
- Process Compliance: Maintain accurate and real-time documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support reporting, analytics, and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar corporate IT recruitment capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing for complex IT skill sets and understanding of current technology trends.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional recruitment software.
- Strong negotiation abilities and experience managing compensation discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to operate effectively in a structured, time-sensitive environment.
