About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT Staffing to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — for various technical positions across different client requirements in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client-specific requirements.
- Thoroughly analyze client job requirements to understand skill sets, must-haves, and nice-to-haves before initiating the sourcing process.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' communication skills, technical fit, availability, and rate expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates and close candidates in a timely and professional manner.




- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Stay up to date with US tax terms and work authorization types, including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099 .
- Work closely with account managers/business development team to understand client needs and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment .
- Strong understanding of US tax terms — W2, C2C, 1099 — and visa/work authorization categories (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, Boolean search, and social platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and rate management skills.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM tools is a plus.
