Responsibilities – Technical Recruiter

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and placement process

, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and final placement.

- Coordinate directly with

US clients to understand their hiring requirements, job openings, and candidate expectations.

- Source and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements and job specifications.

- Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’

technical skills, experience, communication, and overall suitability

.

- Coordinate candidate interviews with

US clients and hiring managers

, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

- Manage candidates throughout the interview process, providing updates, guidance, and necessary support.

- Follow up with both clients and candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and next steps.

- Handle the recruitment process until the candidate is successfully selected and placed with the client.

- Maintain strong professional relationships with US clients and build long-term talent pipelines.

- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, submissions,



selections, and placements.

- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and placement targets

.

- Ensure a professional and positive experience for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in speaking with US clients and candidates.

- Strong interpersonal, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in

Technical Recruitment, IT Recruitment, US Staffing, or Talent Acquisition is preferred.

- Strong ability to understand client requirements and identify the right candidates.

- Comfortable handling multiple candidates and client requirements simultaneously.

- Must be comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

- Willing to work on-site in Noida

.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid willingness to learn may also apply.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
