We're working on a mandate for a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of a microservices-based enterprise application. This role needs someone with real technical depth not just a delivery/PM background who can contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions and understand the technical risk behind delivery decisions, not just track them.

The candidate will be based out of Bangalore or Gurugram, with the first 1-2 months onsite in Mumbai working directly with the core team (travel, accommodation, and applicable expenses covered by the company). After that, work continues from the base location.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the project end-to-end, from initiation through production delivery. Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineering on microservices design decisions. Provide technical oversight on Java/Spring Boot microservices. Lead a cross-functional team developers, architects, QA, DevOps, infra. Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Drive

Agile/Scrum delivery.



Oversee REST API development and third-party integrations. Coordinate CI/CD, cloud deployment, and release management with DevOps. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status/risk updates.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong, hands-on Microservices Architecture experience (non-negotiable). Java, Spring Boot. REST APIs, Distributed Systems, API integrations. AWS/Azure/GCP. CI/CD & DevOps. SQL/Oracle. Docker/Kubernetes preferred.

Positive to Have:

Kafka/messaging systems, API Gateway, observability tools, PMP/Scrum Master certification.
