About the Role

SurgeVector is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise integration programs centered around Oracle Fusion and/or SAP. This is a client-facing role requiring end-to-end ownership of project delivery—from discovery and planning through go-live and hypercare. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful project outcomes. The role involves frequent travel to Oman and other client locations, typically every two months during active project phases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end enterprise integration projects involving Oracle Fusion and/or SAP.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Drive project governance, including status reporting,



RAID management, and change control.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to keep delivery on track.

Requirements

- 12+ years of IT project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion and/or SAP integration projects.
- Strong client-facing experience with end-to-end project ownership.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration and ERP ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements.
