Sukruthi Innovations is looking for a technically solid and customer-focused Technical Pre-Sales Engineer – Solar & BESS to join our growing renewable energy team.
This is a client-facing, solution-oriented role focused on developing Solar PV + BESS solutions, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the Business Development team in winning projects.
? Key Responsibilities
✅ Understand customer requirements and develop suitable Solar & BESS solutions
✅ Prepare technical and techno-commercial proposals
✅ Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders and technical compliance documents
✅ Prepare and deliver client presentations / technical PPTs
✅ Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions and pre-bid meetings
✅ Coordinate with Design, Procurement and Operations teams
✅ Review BOQs, specifications, drawings and SLDs
✅ Support preliminary Solar PV design and BESS solution development
✅ Provide technical inputs throughout the sales cycle
? Mandatory Experience & Skills
⭐ 3+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales / Proposal Engineering / Solution Engineering
⭐ Strong Solar EPC / Solar PV experience
⭐ Hands-on professional experience in BESS – Battery Energy Storage Systems
⭐ Technical proposal preparation
⭐ Client-facing technical discussions and presentations
⭐ Techno-commercial proposal preparation
⭐ Tender / RFQ / RFP documentation
⭐ BOQ / BOM / SLD understanding
⭐ Strong communication and presentation skills
