Role Description The Technical Mentor and Trainer will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training, workshops, and mentoring sessions on modern technologies, tools, and best practices to learners and project teams. Day-to-day activities include designing and updating training curricula, preparing learning materials and labs, conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, and providing personalized guidance to help participants progress in their technical skills and career paths. The role involves assessing learner performance, giving structured feedback, tracking learning outcomes,



and collaborating with internal teams to align training content with current project and industry requirements.

The Technical

Mentor and Trainer will also contribute to knowledge base articles, internal documentation, and continuous improvement of training methodologies. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and deliver technical training programs, including structured syllabi, hands-on labs, and assessments.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with experience guiding learners or early-career professionals through technical concepts and projects.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and emerging domains such as AI and data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, accessible language.
- Experience creating educational content such as slide decks, exercises, project assignments, and documentation for technical audiences.
- Comfort working in a classroom or workshop environment, managing group dynamics, and supporting diverse learning styles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to answer technical questions and troubleshoot learner issues effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, technical lead, or mentor in an IT or EdTech setting is highly beneficial
