Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Manager who can bridge business requirements and technical execution across our Salesforce and AI/ML teams . The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding along with the ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and guide engineering teams toward effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Salesforce and AI/ML technical teams to drive technology initiatives.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements and solutions .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and leadership teams.
- Evaluate technical approaches and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and implementation planning.
- Identify technical gaps,



dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery of technical initiatives.
- Act as the key bridge between business, product, and engineering teams .

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, technical consulting, or technical management.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce and/or AI/ML technologies .
- Ability to convert business problems and requirements into technical solutions .
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
