Hiring: Technical Manager - RAN Lab, FOA & Rollout

Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead RAN Lab Validation, FOA, Rollout Readiness, Transition, and L2/L3 Service Assurance activities across large-scale 4G/5G networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead RAN Lab Validation, FOA, and Network Rollout activities.
- Drive feature testing, defect management, and technical acceptance.
- Monitor and ensure 4G/5G network KPI performance.
- Manage troubleshooting, RCA, and L2/L3 technical support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful deployments.
- Lead customer reviews, technical discussions, and rollout governance.
- Support multi-vendor and network-sharing environments (MORAN/MOCN/O-RAN).
- Manage risks, change implementation, and operational handover.

Tools: OSS Platforms, MML Commands, Wireshark, QXDM, TEMS, Actix, XCAL/XCAP, Jira, and Performance Monitoring Tools.
