Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance AI/ML solutions.
Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes.
Project Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
AI/ML Development
Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
Work with large datasets to develop predictive and analytical models.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and technologies to continually improve our solutions.
Software Development
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
Integrate AI/ML models into existing software systems.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase.
Collaboration and Communication

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Python development.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI).
