As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs. In this role you will work across the entire technology stack, building responsive front‑end interfaces and robust back‑end services. You will translate product requirements into scalable architecture, ensure code quality through testing and CI/CD practices, and continuously improve performance and reliability.

Regular interaction with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams will help align technical delivery with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and overall product success.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain software applications following Intervue.io coding standards and best practices.
- Design and build scalable backend solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead the engineering team, delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Guide the team on technical challenges, architecture, debugging, and development practices.
- Build and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and integrations using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Own backend architecture, database design, API design, performance, scalability, and security.
- Work with Product and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Communicate technical decisions, project updates, dependencies, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor developers and support their technical growth.




- Identify and fix performance issues, production bugs, scalability issues, and technical debt.
- Work with frontend, QA, DevOps, and other teams for smooth development, testing, and deployment.
- Document application architecture, technical designs, APIs, and key implementation decisions.
- Ensure assigned tasks and projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Work with technical leads and developers to build scalable and reliable product solutions.
- Drive improvements in development processes, coding standards, and system performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, customer, and product information.
- Act as a reliable technical point of contact for the team and stakeholders.
- Promote clear communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving within the team.
- Responsible for assisting and performing code review of other developers.
- Works with enterprise technical leads, and other developers to ensure scalable and quality solutions.
- Design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures capable of handling large datasets, leveraging distributed computing frameworks.
- Develop and deploy cutting-edge generative AI solutions using advanced tools and frameworks such as OpenAI GPT, Google BERT, DALL·E, Reliable Diffusion, Transformers (Hugging Face), and DeepMind to enhance product offerings and user experience.

Key Tech Requirements:

- Frontend : React(SSR), Redux, Typescript
- Backend : Node, Express, Redis, Postgres
- Aws services like s3, lambda, cloud front, ec2, Eks
- knowledge in Infra(AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), Release Engineering, CI/CD, other tools and frameworks

Exposure in Generative AI technologies such as GPT , BERT

, GANs

, VAE

, Diffusion Models

, and Neural Architecture Search

(NAS).

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in a Product based organisation
- Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Testing and deployments understanding
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Ability & prior experience of leading a team
