ROLE: TECHNICAL LEAD – ENGINEERING

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead a team of 4–8 engineers and drive the design, development and delivery of scalable enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

- Kafka, Redis, Hazelcast
- MySQL, Oracle
- AWS, Git, Jenkins, Nginx
- Jira, Confluence
- Microservices Architecture
- Agile/Scrum
- AI-Assisted Development Tools – GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent
- Solid debugging, problem-solving & troubleshooting skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers.
- Own technical design, development, quality and timely delivery.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance Microservices applications.
- Conduct design and code reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA and Project Managers.
- Plan and monitor sprint activities and product releases.
- Establish coding, testing, documentation and engineering best practices.
- Drive responsible adoption of AI tools for coding, testing, code review and documentation.
- Mentor team members and participate in hiring, appraisals and career development.
- Identify and implement improvements across people, process, technology and quality.

QUALIFICATION

BE/B.Tech/MCA with a good academic record and 6+ years of relevant full-stack Java development experience.

Additional Advantage: Team Lead / Product Owner experience.
