Job Summary -

- 5+ years of experience in ECM Administration
- Hands-on experience with

IBM FileNet administration and support
- Expertise in installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Robust production support and incident management experience
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and database concepts
