Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Lead role based in Gujarat, India.

The Technical

Lead will guide engineering and design activities for FRP cooling tower projects, including reviewing specifications, overseeing detailed designs, and ensuring alignment with performance and safety standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, providing technical direction to engineers and technicians, and supporting manufacturing and installation processes.

Lead will troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize systems for efficiency and durability, and contribute to R&D; initiatives to enhance product performance. Additional responsibilities include documentation of technical processes, mentoring team members,



and collaborating with management on project planning and delivery timelines. This job requires extensive travelling to carry out techno commercial meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in mechanical or related, preferably with experience in cooling towers, process equipment, or industrial utilities.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, managing engineering projects, and coordinating with production, quality, and maintenance functions.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards; familiarity with design tools and basic CAD software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of materials, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and structural considerations relevant to FRP cooling towers and industrial installations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor team members and interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in design and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or related field); advanced qualifications or certifications in relevant domains are an added benefit.
- Willingness to relocate, work on-site in Gujarat, India, and travel extensively.
