About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (C Programmer) with strong hands-on development expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C/C++ development, object-oriented programming, financial systems, and post-trade transaction processing environments. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to the design and development of high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Develop and enhance application components using C/C++ and related technologies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Design robust and maintainable software following object-oriented design principles.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews,



and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on programming experience in C/C++ .
- Experience with C#/.NET Development .
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Programming .
- Experience working with Post-Trade Systems & Workflows .
- Knowledge of Transaction Processing and Financial Calculations .
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with software design patterns and best development practices.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services domain experience.
- Exposure to high-volume transaction processing systems.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.
- Knowledge of system integration and enterprise application architecture.
