Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Consultant role based in Bengaluru, focused on TPM, Xtel Kantar, C#, and ASP.NET solutions.

The Technical

Consultant will collaborate with retail clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and implement TPM and Xtel Kantar integrations within the client’s technology stack. Daily responsibilities include configuring and customizing C# and ASP.NET applications, providing technical support, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring system performance and reliability. The role involves preparing technical documentation, contributing to solution roadmaps,



and assisting in data validation and reporting to support trade promotion and retail analytics. The consultant will also partner with consulting and sales teams to participate in demos, estimations, and post-implementation optimization activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex retail data, assess system behavior, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and guide stakeholders on TPM and Xtel Kantar best practices.
- Candidates should possess technical support and troubleshooting skills to diagnose software issues, resolve defects, and optimize performance in C#, ASP.NET, and related integrations.
- Candidates should possess sales and client-facing skills to collaborate with business teams, contribute to solution proposals, and support pre-sales activities when required.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL or related databases, with experience integrating TPM or similar retail systems (Xtel Kantar experience is a strong advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with retail domain processes, trade promotion management, and omnichannel commerce platforms; experience with Salesforce, Adobe, or similar ecosystems is beneficial.
