About the Role

Crimson Energy is hiring Technical Assistants – Hull, Electrical & Mechanical to support a long-term project at Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL).

The role is suited for technically skilled professionals with 2–3 years of relevant engineering, shipbuilding, marine, fabrication, or industrial experience. Selected candidates will be Crimson Energy employees deployed to the GSL project and will work closely with engineering, production, quality, inspection, and project teams.

Open Positions

1. Technical Assistant – Hull

Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering / Naval Architecture / Mechanical Engineering

2–3 years of experience in shipbuilding, marine, hull fabrication, or related engineering activities

2. Technical Assistant – Electrical / Mechanical

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

2–3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, marine, shipbuilding, industrial, or related engineering activities

Key Responsibilities

Support engineers and supervisors in day-to-day technical and project execution activities

Assist with fabrication, installation, inspection, testing,



and commissioning as applicable

Read and work with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Quality and Inspection teams

Track work progress and support timely project execution

Assist in quality checks, inspections, testing, reports, and technical documentation

Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with project and technical requirements

Key Requirements

2–3 years of relevant technical/engineering experience

Diploma / Degree in the relevant engineering discipline

Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation

Strong coordination and communication skills

Shipbuilding / Marine / GSL / Defence shipyard experience preferred
