About the Role :

D365 F&O; Technical Architect / Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Locations : Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon.

Work Model : Hybrid.

Experience : 10 years with hands-on experience and good communication skills.

Notice Period : Immediate 15 days.

Shift : First half aligned to US PST hours candidates should be comfortable supporting US PST hours.

Important : Candidate must be able to collect and return company assets from the respective base office in Bangalore, Pune or Gurgaon.

Requirement :

- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
- Managerial/Leadership experience is necessary.
- Hands-on experience in X development along with C#.
- LCS and Azure Devops knowledge is mandatory.
- Ability to provide Architecture and Design view for the project.




- Hands-on experience in designing and developing D365F&O; extensions, custom workflows.
- A good understanding of best practices for D365, including code management (i.e. source control), unit testing methodologies and build processes.
- Experience in D365F&O; Configuration, Customization, data conversion, integration, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard reports development is a must.
- Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have solid technical acumen.
- AI Copilot and Azure knowledge is good to have.
- Functional understanding of D365F&O; modules, especially Finance, Trade & Logistics and Warehousing.
- An understanding of the Dynamics 365 Data Entities and Entity Store and way of customizing them or extending them as required.
- Having Microsoft Dynamics D365F&O; and architecture certifications.
- Mentoring juniors.
- Participate in hiring and practice growth.

Experience &

Background :

- Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification B.Tech./BCA/MBA/M-Tech/MCA.
- Relevant experience for 12 - 15 years with atleast 5 end to end implementations.
