- Deep experience building and consuming RESTful services
- Strong understanding of HTTP and API protocols
- PostgreSQL and/or Oracle experience
- JPA/Hibernate experience
- Strong backend engineering and server-side development skills
- Agile software development experience
- Experience motivating and mentoring engineers
- Robust communication and technical leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with spec-driven development
