Education and Certification Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

Detailed Total work experience of 2 to 10 Years , with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred in leadership/management , including direct responsibility for people and processes.

Robust hands-on experience in TV Operations, Live TV, Live Sports, and Video on Demand (VOD) with the ability to monitor and manage time-sensitive operational activities within defined SLAs.

Experience working in a live operations or time-sensitive environment such as a call centre, help desk, network operations, OTT, or similar environments is preferred.

Hands-on experience with workflow/process-based tools such as CRM,



ticketing tools, operational dashboards, or similar platforms .

Strong computer skills with experience using Chrome, Google Suite, and Google Apps .

Experience working with varied devices such as Mobile (iOS & Android), iPads, Tablets, Smart TVs, Xbox, and other similar devices .
