We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Store Executives / Customer Service Associates to work with Keventers Milk Shakes, Ice Cream, Milk, and other current or future brands/products . The candidate will be responsible for customer service, billing, order handling, product preparation, inventory management, and maintaining store hygiene.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service

Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Handle customer queries and ensure a good customer experience.

Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while dealing with guests.

Billing & Order Management Handle customer billing and payment transactions.

Receive and process customer orders accurately.

Ensure the correct products are prepared and delivered to customers.

Coordinate orders efficiently during busy periods.

Product Preparation & Delivery Prepare milkshakes, ice creams, milk-based products, and other menu items as per company standards.

Follow proper product preparation and hygiene procedures.

Deliver prepared orders to customers correctly and on time.





Maintain product quality and presentation.

Inventory & Material Management Assist with receiving and organizing store materials.

Maintain proper inventory of ingredients, packaging materials, and other store supplies.

Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.

Follow proper storage procedures for products and materials.

Support regular stock checking and inventory management.

Store Hygiene & Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store.

Keep the preparation and serving areas clean and organized.

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Clean and maintain equipment and work areas as required.
