Team Manager – International Outbound Voice Process

- Manage the International Outbound Voice Process – Australia Campaign.

- Handle an Australia-based Solar & Battery Sales Campaign.

- Manage residential and commercial tele-sales operations.

- Lead and supervise a team of minimum 20 members.

- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

- Guide team members on sales techniques, customer handling, and process requirements.

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

- Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews.

- Handle escalations and support team members in resolving customer-related issues.

- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth process operations.

- Maintain a positive and target-oriented work environment.

- Support the team in maximizing sales and incentive opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Gender: Female candidates only.

- Previous experience in team handling is mandatory.

- Must have experience managing a team of minimum 20 members.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Confident and proactive personality.

Salary & Incentives

- Salary: Based on skills and experience.

- Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month.
