Sales Team Leader – In-house & Field Sales

- Lead and manage the In-house and Field Sales Team.

- Manage clients, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

- Allocate leads and monitor individual/team sales performance.

- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely responses.

- Work closely with Manufacturing/Workshop Team for order planning and execution.

- Prepare and monitor sales targets, pipelines, and monthly sales plans.

- Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation → quotation → order confirmation → production → delivery.

- Train and guide the sales team to improve conversion and customer handling.

- Maintain robust client relationships and generate repeat business.





- Take ownership of overall team sales performance and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.

- Experience in the Healthcare / Medical / Rehabilitation / Therapy industry preferred.

- Fluent in Hindi & English – both verbal and written.

- Presentable, confident, and good communication skills.

- Strong client handling, negotiation, and team management skills.

- Experience managing In-house & Field Sales Teams will be preferred.

- Immediate Joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
