Role: Quality Analyst QA and Team Leader ops (Domestic Process)

Location: Noida (Sector 60)

Education: Graduate

Experience: 3 + years of Overall Experience.

For Quality Analyst-

- 1 year on paper QA experience in BPO setup (Customer Service Process).
- Good knowledge on QC tools
- Call Auditing, RCA
- Call Listening and feedback.

For Team Leader-

- 1 year on paper TL experience into BPO Customer service blended process.
- Good with operations metrics like attrition, shrinkage, csat, nps etc.
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)

- 6 Days from office only
- Day Shifts
- CTC Upto : 35K
