Detailed Responsibilities
- Shift Production & recourses planning as per schedule & meeting production
targets.
- Providing technical assistance and engineering expertise to the operating
superintendents.
- Responsible for Melting, GDC Production, Fettling, Heat Treatment operation
- Responsible for analyzing melting reports, operating problems, developing
solutions and implementing corrective actions.
- Doing OEE/ Productivity improvement.
- Key Roles to Deliver Safety, Quality, Delivery & Moral.
- Responsible for maintaining / improving 5S, KAIZEN on shop floor.
- Maintaining reports like (melting, gdc, fettling, HT & PDI) for facilitating
decision making by the management.
- Responsible for daily stage-wise production & rejection booking.
- Preparation of Weekly presentations for reviewing the targets & setting action
plan accordingly.
- Current project implementation as per business development initiative.
