We are Hiring for the position of Team Leaders (TL) for merchant onboarding, soundbox deployment, and Current Account (CA) acquisition across Madhya Pradesh (including the Indore, Dhar, and Khandwa clusters).

​Key Job Details

​Role: Sales Team Leader (Merchant Acquisition / QR & Soundbox / Current Account)

​Locations: Indore, Dhar, Khandwa, and surrounding MP clusters

​Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC/month + performance incentives (up to ₹20,000+)

​Experience Required: 1–3 years as a Team Leader handling field sales in Fintech / Merchant Onboarding (Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Google Pay, etc.)

​Key Responsibilities

​Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of 8–12 Field Sales Executives (FSEs).

​Target Achievement: Drive daily/monthly targets for merchant QR onboarding, Soundbox installations, and Current Account openings.

​Field Tracking: Ensure active on-ground presence, perform daily activity tracking, and resolve merchant issues.
