We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Software Developer to lead our development team and manage end-to-end software development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel and Node.js, along with proven experience in team handling and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
- Plan, assign, and monitor development tasks and project deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Laravel and Node.js.
- Review code and ensure coding standards, quality, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and other teams for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct technical discussions and support team members in resolving challenges.
- Identify opportunities for improving development processes and performance.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Solid team handling and leadership experience - Mandatory.
- Expert-level knowledge of Laravel & Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, REST APIs, and databases.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Candidate
- Someone who has previously handled a development team.
- Strong technical decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Experience working in a product-based IT / SaaS / Telecom environment will be an advantage.
