✈️ We’re Hiring: Team Leader – International Airline Process

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our International Airline Process in Thane, Mumbai.

? Location: Thane, Mumbai

? Designation: Team Leader

? Salary: Up to ₹8.5 LPA

? Relocation Support: Travel ticket provided for relocating candidates

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage, guide and motivate a team to achieve operational targets

✅ Monitor team performance, productivity, quality and service levels

✅ Conduct regular team briefings, coaching and performance reviews

✅ Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution

✅ Monitor airline reservations, ticketing, cancellations and rebooking activities

✅ Ensure adherence to airline policies, process guidelines and quality standards

✅ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance reports





✅ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

✅ Identify training needs and support the development of team members

✅ Maintain excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction

Mandatory Requirements

✅ Relevant experience as a Team Leader in an International Airline Process

✅ Hands-on experience with GDS—Amadeus or Galileo is mandatory

✅ Outstanding English communication skills

✅ Robust leadership, team-management and problem-solving abilities

✅ Good knowledge of international airline reservations and ticketing processes
