Bulk openings Team Lead for Ecommerce domestic process in Lucknow

We're hiring across multiple leadership roles for a domestic e-commerce inbound voice process. Openings this week:

- Team Lead Lucknow (Hazratganj)

If you've been running a floor, driving sales numbers, or training batches in a BPO and you're ready for your next move with better pay and real ownership, read on. You'll own a team of FTEs day to day: tracking conversion, revenue, talk time, and login hours, running daily huddles, stepping in on tough escalations, and keeping both performance and morale up on your floor. You'll also be accountable for attrition control and CRM discipline.

Who we're looking for:

- A graduate (undergrads won't be considered)
- Comfortable in English, and for Team Lead Hindi as well
- At least 3 years total in BPO, with a minimum of 1 year specifically as a Team Lead, and SME experience won't be considered, this needs to be documented time in the actual role
- Able to join immediately or within 15 days




- Willing to relocate to the respective location
- Solid grip on general BPO hygiene and floor operations
