MarketStar is looking for an energetic and outcome-oriented Team Lead – Operations to join our team in Hyderabad!
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4–5 Years
Work Setting: US Shift: 7:30pm - 4:30am
What will you be doing?
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive KPIs across performance, productivity and operational hygiene
- Manage client engagement, SLAs and stakeholder relationships
- Conduct performance reviews and reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Support customer education and onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Guide the team through complex customer engagements
What are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor
Strong people and performance management skills
Excellent communication & leadership abilities
Strong MS Excel and analytical skills
Customer service & stakeholder management experience
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with CMS navigation
Knowledge of sales on social media platforms
Salesforce experience will be an added advantage
Graduation is mandatory; MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
