Role & responsibilities
- End-to-end housekeeping & maintenance operations
- Managing coordinators, field teams & vendors
- Ensuring high service quality across properties
- Driving improvements, tracking metrics & resolving operational issues
Preferred candidate profile
- 4+ years of experience in Housekeeping Operations, Maintenance Coordination & Vendor Management
- Strong Team Management & People Leadership skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Data Management & Vendor Onboarding
- Strong understanding of Daily Operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global workplace
- Preference for candidates from the Hospitality industry
