JOB SUMMARY
Catalyst Education is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and lead our Sales and Admissions team in Calicut.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, proven team-handling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a consistent track record of achieving targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales / BDA / Academic Counselling team.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track individual and team performance.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and mentor team members on counselling, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions through CRM.
- Support team members in handling customer objections and closing admissions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain a target-driven and positive team environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Branch teams to improve conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or EdTech.
- Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, counselling, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
- Highly target-oriented and result-driven.
