Role Description The Team Lead – BIM MEP is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for leading a team of BIM MEP engineers and technicians in delivering high-quality building services models and coordination drawings. This role involves planning and overseeing project workflows, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to client standards, local codes, and company quality procedures.

The Team

Lead will manage MEP coordination within BIM platforms, review models and drawings for accuracy, resolve clashes, and collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and construction teams. Daily responsibilities include conducting technical reviews, providing guidance and training to team members,



participating in design and coordination meetings, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and international stakeholders. The position also requires attention to safety considerations in design, documentation consistency, and continuous improvement of BIM processes and templates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision capabilities to lead teams, oversee project execution, and ensure adherence to quality and timelines.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, international clients, and on-site stakeholders, and to document technical information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Inspection and Construction Safety skills to review designs and documentation for compliance, support safe construction practices, and identify potential risks.
- Candidates should have solid experience with BIM MEP tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and knowledge of MEP systems, coordination workflows, and clash detection.
- Candidates should bring a strong understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices relevant to MEP design and BIM workflows.
- Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, with prior experience in BIM MEP team leadership or senior coordination roles.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
